A solution when another file on Dropbox is made

Below, the original file is manytime-1.txt and another file is
manytime-1 (1).txt.

1: Make another file copy.
2: Make another file delete.
3: Paste the contents of another file into the original file.
4: Press the sync button.

1: Make backup of the original file.
2: Delete the original file.
3: Press the sync button.
4: Delete another file.
